Infinite scrolling not working was reported here (https://sh.itjust.works/post/48482678) and a few other places. It seemed like upgrading to 0.19.13 would be a potential fix for the issue.

Well, the footer says we're on 0.19.13 and infinite scrolling still isn't working for the Active or Hot filters when browsing All.

What's the next step?
