Average measured speed of a ghost crab on land is ~3.4m/s and they get there in less than a second. If you were to scale that up to cheetah size than they would be running around 250 mph or 400 mph in something the size of a human. Showing their impulse at nearly 100g's.

Edit: I know it's a joke, but the actual mechanics of ghost crabs is pretty incredible!
