lol, no it's not. It's not meant to be great of course, and it's definitely funny, but it's a terrible photoshop. You can still see bits of Hillary sticking out from behind Cameron, unless he has a third leg wearing black pants and a mullet that is strangely brown instead of the rest of his grey hair.
AI has left the market for people who actually know how to shop pictures wide open.
Maybe its just the lighting. But it is a good shop.
