This made me very depressed so I wanted to share that with all of you.

Literally had a neuropsychiatrist tell me that the BrainHQ game was good to help out with memory issues in Covid cases...

I know the Internet loves to give bad unsolicited advice, but I have brain fog from MS and vitamin D has helped me a fair bit. You have to take a fairly large amount (or get an infusion). I don't know if it'll help with long COVID but since it seems to have similar neurological symptoms I thought I would share.

I heard taking extra zink supplements and hydrating enough in the post-covid recovery period is supposed to alleviate it.

Getting as close to 3 liters a day of water as I could for weeks and mental fog improved greatly.
