^This. If there was a question that encapsulates everything wrong with the ACP it would be this.

If we wanted to have Socialism with American Characteristics, I'd argue it would mainly involve A concerted effort to decolonize the US.

Something along the lines of.

• Redistributing land back to the Native People's.
• Reparations for Black Americans through the acquisition of assets which extracted super profits with black labor.
• The recognition of all undocumented people and acquisition of assets which extracts super profits from them.
• The complete restructing/dismantling of the US military apparatus which maintains global capitlist hedgomony.

Those are the first thing that come to mind, but I doubt the ACP chuds would agree with any of these points besides maybe the last to a certain extent. Frankly I'm kinda sick of people, especially "leftists" treating decolonization of the US as if it's an issue impossible to address. It will take a concerted effort but I do believe that it's possible to begin reversing the colonial nature of the US. Not instantly obviously, but still in a relatively rapid manner if there's a genuine revolutionary project behind it.
