Since communism values cooperation over competition, and there are no artificial scarcity for jobs and such, I wonder how will a communist society go about education. (lemmy.ml)

I wonder if they would still do test scores, advanced classes, elite universities, and other meritocratic based things that position some people above others in their human development.

Edit: I wonder how this kind of mentality will be eradicated

I mean didnt Lenin have like a whole debate over this? Like everyone in the USSR could go to university I believe and education should be free... Anyways maybe check with some historical data about this
