I sincerely don't understand how deflecting to China and talking about all these geopolitical issues somehow overshadows the massive disinformation campaign that Russia specializes in and can coordinate along with other actors. If you think I'm only blaming Putin, you'd be wrong. The Cold War never ended.
If you seriously believe Russia's state apparatus propaganda is one fifth that of the USA, I dont know what to tell you.
They don't need to be, they just need to be smart about it, and they've demonstrated they can do it.
