You simply can't do that overnight. Even the most aggressive diversification scenarios see China controlling around 80% of the market by 2040s. So, there's no practical solution in the short term, and a lot of the existing weapons got used up over past three years in Ukraine and by Israel. Sorry, I didn't mean that they will build up the infrastructure to extract and process rare earths overnight. What I mean is that dispute over the control of rare earths will be the next arena of imperialism. This is also why the US is pivoting from Europe and Asia to Latin America.
Oh yeah, that makes sense.
