Feeling overwhelmed and is struggling these days. I like to believe I am okay but I honestly feel like I need a hug. Sorry to bother anyone, mods feel free to delete this if it's not suitable.

We all are. I'm not sure how to give a hug, but I'd love to help.

I would recommend lots of things, but I really don't know about your personal conditions and I don't want to nose in. Working at a food bank personally works for me.
