Just for the sake of comparing costs, in
you'd have to be earning... the equivalent of 1.3 million USD annually before being liable $2.5k/month for National Insurance. And the healthcare is actually free.
It's a bit complex, but at the end of the day, the money raised from that NI payment alone is equal to the cost of our universal healthcare.
There are no words adequate to describe the inhuman extortion scheme known as privatised healthcare.
