You're being facetious right?
It's one of the most famous misheard lyrics. To this day, even knowing what it's supposed to be, I still hear "wrapped up like a douche" every time.
I hear revved up correctly, but agree that Springsteen absolutely sounds like he's saying douche. I'll never understand why he pronounces it that way...
