Such a stupid take.
What am I supposed to be buying to treat myself once in a while if I can't afford to go to a proper restaurant? Or are you suggesting there are cheaper burgers than McDonald's shit?
The local bodegas (deli/convenience store) do a burger and fries for like $10. I don't eat McDonald's but that seems pretty close in price.
My local Banh Mi place gives you a big ol' sammich for under $10, and it's a fucking masterpiece of delish.
Something actually good?
rofl a proper restaurant is the same fucking price depending on where you live, but you go pay for those flavored sponges.
Fucking pathetic losers sypporting megacorps, holy fuck ya'll are beyond a joke.
No judgement for choosing to eat fast food, but in my experience/area, yes there are cheaper options. Fast food prices over the past 10 years have leap-frogged local small business prices while still being much lower quality. I'd look around at your local joints and see if it's the same as my area
I don't eat it daily. My local joints are selling proper burgers with real meat and they cost twice as much.
tbf if it's US-sourced it's still probably barely fit for human consumption
McDonald's costs just as much as a proper restaurant now. Fast food used to be cheap, which is how they got away with being trash. Now it's actually more expensive than some much better quality fast casual options out there, but is still shit
It’s definitely regional. McDonald’s is about half the price of a restaurant burger where I’m at.
