Women only trans inclusive This is an inclusive community for all things women. Whether you're here for make up tips, feminism or just friendly chit chat, we've got you covered.

Rules…

  1. Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women's community is a good fit for them.
  2. Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
  3. Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
  4. No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.
  5. New accounts or users with few comments may have their posts removed to prevent spam and bad-faith participation.

Ladies. If you like taking the lead on this stuff, excellent - you do you. But if you want to share the responsibility (or in my case have exactly none of the responsibility), I cannot recommend enough that you find a partner that shares your perspective. I know it sounds petty to include this as an attribute when selecting them, but holiday stuff tends to grow with time. So what starts with some decorations around the house, eventually becomes creating the magic of the holiday for the whole family (including decorating, buying and wrapping presents, baking, cooking, hosting, and cleaning it all up). We have some culpability for the quality of partners we select - so chose one that is aligned to the things you care about.

as a male, (please don't ban me like 2xchromosones always did..) this is 100% correct.

holidays should be a family/group thing. it's a LOT of friggen work for 1 person. I would always initiate putting up the tree (too early mind you lol) or getting the decorations string around the house walls, extra deep cleaning and do the big part of the cooking. my partner at the time would focus on the baking, and organizing the food we need while we both went shopping together. it was fun, we treated every day like a date night and spend all hours together doing what we needed too to ensure everything was perfect and festive.. it's been way too long since I've done this sadly. ok, I'm gonna go find a corner to shed some holidays tears.

have a great Christmas sunbrrn, and everyone else here.

Hey mate, thanks so much for stopping by and being honest about your gender! We are trans+ inclusive women only so please don't comment again. Have a great Christmas 🎄
