How are you so healthy and habit-maintaining? Explain yourselves!!

I've been trying to eat breakfast lately but my body thinks I'm trying to kill it and everything feels like I'm eating sand lmao

What are your quick breakfast meals? Do you feel like your body hates you when you try to eat first thing in the morning?

Quick breakfasts: Granola coconut yoghurt honey and berries for a nice chilled sweet breakfast Instant noodles with whatever veg I have lying around

Slow breakfast: Oats cooked in oat milk with a dollop of peanut butter, jam, and fruit for a warm sweet breakfast

Not vegan: Soft boiled or fried eggs with toast and a drizzle of light soy sauce Crack an egg into the instant noodles

I love breakfast though so can’t relate to not wanting to eat it. I would suggest trying not to rush it and like. Make time for yourself to have it in a relaxed way if that’s possible
