if you think you have covid i read a thing a long time ago about how CBD could potentially 1) competitively inhibit spike protein binding (or something i don't remember ugh) and 2) upregulate internal cellular processes that help prevent replication if infected (not just by covid, necessarily) and I've never seen anyone talk about it ever since (iirc i did see a follow up that somewhat confirmed it, but no national "hey guys CBD might actually be a panacea for one thing!" (i know panacea would imply it works on everything but you know what I mean gosh))
