I look often because I'm very good at missing the keys or pressing two of them at once
I do look at my keyboard once in a while to recenter my fingers, but I only get a general sense of the layout. Absolutely wouldn't notice two switched keycaps. On my laptop, I tend to feel for ridges on the F and J key instead of looking.
My keyboard is missing half the keys written on it and I still miss the right one lol im a lost cause
