Americans voted fascism. Or at least enough of them.

Not really surprising when you understand American culture's glorification of authoritarianism so long as it's dressed in nationalism, which is essentially what fascism is at its core.

America has always been a rampant shit hole of fascists and fascist enablers. Every good thing that came from this country was due to counterculture movements that specifically were trying to go against the mainstream and dismantle "American values"

Thr electoral college was rigged in favor of that candidate. We don't get a say, just an opinion.

And yet he still just barely won. The election was rigged in so many ways, and 1/3 of the voting population were stupid/hateful enough to vote against their own interests for a candidate who was straight up promoting fascism and Nazi ideals. Even with all that, he won by less than the number of idiots that got talked into either not voting or into "teaching the Democrats a lesson".

It's almost like all those people preaching nihilism and righteous indignation were actually Trump supporters/operatives all along.

But do keep in mind that we don't actually have a say. Like our ballot has us picking who should be president but only to see what our opinion is, not to actually elect the guy.

There is a reason so many Republicans argue that we could never get rid of it.
