He once bragged about how he could order someone in broad daylight and people would still support him. I think this is him flexing that fact cause his supporters are worse scum than he is.
This is a complaint about Epstein though. I wouldn't put it past Trump either but he's not named or alluded to in the document.

For anyone who wasn't aware as well, Trump is apparently named 600 times in the documents. It's just been redacted but they messed it up somehow (on purpose? Can't say, but it's weird they forgot how to redact a document in Adobe Acrobat) and you can copy paste the redacted text just fine. If you search for "Trump" it won't return anything but searching for "Trump " or copy-pasting the redacted text yields >600 results

I don't understand the format the document follows. Epstein is named under "subject" and Trump is named under "witness". But the bit under Trump says he 'paid money' so it is likely it is about Trump himself.
