The censoring is most likely about the Digital Services Act, which among other things requires social media platforms to adequately moderate their platform. America has called that "censorship" multiple times over the past year

According to Trump and co, Europe does not have the right to regulate American tech companies, even within Europe.

Yeah, it was my biggest fear when Trump got in elected: that the US would put more effort into strong arming foreign countries that were attempting to limit misinformation from US tech companies (and that would lead to more anti-science + far-right + hate)
