Feels like something people used to talk about more. Some get cash, some get gift cards, some get nothing at all.

Are bonuses still common where you work, or is it gone now?

one place I used to work at gave a dollar for every hour the employee worked. (It was a seasonal job.) Another place I worked used to give every employee a $100 bill and an xmas card. My daughter works at a store that just gave her $150 in gift cards.

Don't know how widespread it is, but it does happen.
