Genuine freedom and democracy can only exist in socialism and communism, and cannot exist within capitalism.

And by "genuine freedom and democracy" you mean the society until under Stalin, amirite?

Even under Stalin, the USSR had developed a comprehensive form of democracy. Soviet Democracy is a good work going over democracy in the USSR in the 1930s.
