Picturing this little teddy bear lookin ass thing sitting in front of HUAC
I'm now imagining a children's story about the Cold War/McCarthyism that culminates in a "Soviet Bear" panic and the young main character's teddy bear sitting in front of the HUAC. An inanimate teddy bear with no talking technology. Being questioned by truly clueless adults because it's a grizzly bear and the Soviet Bear is a thing in geopolitical symbology. All while the kid, who barely knows what a communist even is, just wants his goddamn teddy bear back so he can get a good night's sleep.
