Russia is definitely sending a message here, I thought it was interesting that abc doesn't mention it by name though.

I mean using "nuclear-capable" but not actually nuclear armed missile is kinda fearmongering as both Russia and Ukraine are using nuclear capable but not actually nuclear armed missiles for nearly 4 years by now.
