Yeah, pretty much. "Buffalo" sauce is literally average hot sauce (like Texas Pete, Tabasco, Louisiana, Crystal, etc, that style of cayanne-and-vinegar sauce) mixed with butter to cut the heat, it isn't hot.
The cheese is less hot than the OG btw, and don't even bother with the 2x hot in the red/black package. Don't get me wrong, they are hot to me too, I just like it.
