Extrapolating these to the entire year and assuming ~1% increase in total emissions in line with previous years, the top 0.1% will be responsible for ~12% of emissions and the top 1% for ~33%.
Building a discrete volcano to drop every billionaire in would probably be a carbon negative endeavour within months.
