The truck also says "No Mullah". Meaning it is against the current Iranian government but also opposes replacing it with a Shah.

Edit: Additional context: Pro-Israel/Shah rioters ATTACKED the truck and it had to flee from them. Start of the event can be seen here https://files.catbox.moe/x63p08.mp4

I found a video of the start of the event, the pro-Shah crowd which apparently had many Israeli flags started attacking the u-Haul and the driver had to flee https://files.catbox.moe/x63p08.mp4

Going through the videos online what was astounding is that almost every video cuts out the pro-Shah crowd attacking the man and starts the video at the moment he starts driving away, most frequently right after he accelerates to make it look like he never stopped and was driving into the crowd on purpose.
