Would love some vegan breakfast options that feel breakfasty (USian). Avacado toast is great but avacados can be pretty pricey and I can't eat that every day. Currently I just have a bunch of cashews in the morning and while I do love cashews I want something that has the right vibes and cashews just don't.

I buy things in bulk to make my own Müsli mix: nuts, seeds, dry and freeze dried fruits, oats. I mix some 12 cups of Müsli each time. Then in the morning, I either cook it in the stove if I have a slow morning, or in the microwave for a quick breakfast.

My goal is to have a nutricious mix, so here's what I mix currently:

  • seeds: flax, chia, sunflower, hemp, pumpkin
  • rolled oats
  • raisins and goji berries
  • freeze dried raspberries, cranberries, apples
  • roasted almonds and hazelnuts
