You give them too much credit. Our actual police don't have a great track record, and they aren't exactly well trained or educated.

Ice are the bottom of the barrel schoolyard bullies who couldn't cope with actual jobs and are using the little power they have to beat the living s*** out of their friends and neighbors and when they pull down the mask they hope to have a nice brunch with the same people on the weekend.
