Yet another from the "this would be hilarious, if not so sad and rage-inducing" department. Did those guys confuse 1984 with an instructions manual or what?

I don't even like Plato. But c'mon, it's one of the cornerstones of philosophy in Europe and the Americas. (Note to self: read Symposium.)
