We're not homeless, we're houseless! By choice or by circumstance we are living in our vehicles. Don't worry about us -- it can be a very good life.

Anything that affects us as vehicle-dwellers is probably on topic.

I suggest adding !offgrid@slrpnk.net to the sidebar.

At the same time, consider removing the LemmyWorld reference. Giant centralised Cloudflare walled gardens are not exactly in line with fedi principles, and presumably a good portion of offgridders are somewhat anti-establishment and more inclined to favor decentralised venues.

consider removing the LemmyWorld reference.

I'll let it stand. My take is that users can make individual choices over what/where to read.

How about giving them an informed choice? I.e. put next to it something like: “(centralised in Cloudflare’s walled garden)”

As a user I detest cloudflare, fedi politics, and purity tests. As a mod I strive to be neutral and not put my thumb on the scales.

Being in Cloudflare is a simple fact. To withold important facts is to put your thumb on the scale.

Also note a very good quote from Desmond Tutu:

If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor. If an elephant has its foot on the tail of a mouse, and you say that you are neutral, the mouse will not appreciate your neutrality.
