Aside from all the other issues with this, $3 a meal per person is $270-$280 per person per month on food. Many people can't afford that anyway.

She explicitly said a piece of broccoli so it's like, one corn tortilla, one bite of chicken, one shoot of broccoli. And the other thing is presumably a single skittle.
