LOL - No he won't. He's rattled his nuclear sabre so many times I've lost count. There's no way he triggers MAD because of Ukraine. The only thing this might do is get the idiots all riled up. That's not insignificant and it's the point of this "warning" that they roll out every couple of months in one form or another.
