an RTX1650 can run the new Warhammer game on low settings, that's not retro and those things cost £40 today. If you're wanting the same power as a PS5, Dankpods managed to make a pc out of the same parts as a PS5 for less than $500US 3 months ago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fVAIZkIV7Q
