a 900 count box of loose roofing nails is $18. four flat tires is about $800, plus a $400 tow.
if you can get all the tow companies to reject to tow the vehicle will block traffic for hours if not days.
cleanup is easy. just get a magnet.
latex paint can be stored in balloons. it's slippery and gets into everything. it can jam and damage firearms and make tasers no longer function safely. add in some sand to the paint and it's even worse.
lots of ways to resist without killing. just annoy the fuck out of them and waste their time. if they're dealing with the general public they can't abduct the people they're targeting.
