What is the best way of migrating google docs documents to Synology or Proton?

Is there any other way than doing it manually?

Edit: i found solution- you can ask for google takeout. It exports in office formats

Not sure about migration tools, but as for what softwares to use instead of Google Docs:

For Google Docs alternatives, go for Cryptpad, Etherpad, or Framapad. This is assuming you want to be able to collaborate. Otherwise, Libreoffice (it has a nice advantage of being able to also run powerpoints and spreadsheets).

OnlyOffice I'm a bit cautious of, because while it's a Latvian office, it may have possible ties to Russia. If there's nothing privacysensitive, you could consider it, though - it looks very similar to Word and Google Docs!
