See title. With the rise to 455 ppm of CO2 (and likely higher for a while), I wonder what the lowest Earth's had, was.

If I'm not mistaken, the highest was during the Permian-Triassic mass extinction, in where the Siberian Traps may have been responsible for making burrowing -- and hence adaptations for stale air -- necessary?

Not sure where to ask this but I've been enjoying my transition a lot, even with the period included (not the nicest but still affirming).

That said, I've noticed a mild issue: sleeping position. My boobs are now getting in the way of sleeping fully on the side.

Currently, the "solution" I've gotten is to basically sleep in a fetal position halfway inbetween that of "on stomach" and "on side", with my arms in an L shape under the ergonomic head pillow. It's not perfect, but it's better than sleeping normally on the side, which sadly is a little difficult now.

I figured I'd ask other gals about here. Do you lot have any tips on this?

And do clothes help differently? Like I see sleeping skirts and pajamas, but I heat up easily and I'm not so quite sure if they'd help.

It appears that even if you don't have the app installed, it is in Settings > Apps. But there's no option at all, to customise its privacy settings.

Downloading the app also doesn't let you customise its privacy settings. In fact, the app then disappears altogether from the privacy settings! It doesn't even appear anymore in the "Hidden Apps". Removing it again however, shows the app popping up again in the settings.

What's more, it's deliberately erroneously labelled as "Start Screen" when you don't have downloaded it.

Ridiculous. One more reason to go to a Fairphone or something like it.

However, you can edit it... but very cumbersomely, only by going to Settings > Siri > App Access ... and then suddenly, you see the app!

This seems like it's straight up illegal.

So far HRT is going very well, I'm generally much happier.

tho I'm wondering a few things for my femmaxxing :3

• How do I train 'curves'? What's the best routine? I know getting weight in the first few months may help, but what about exercise? Do these help with getting more 'meat' on my butt, hips, and breasts? If so, what kind of exercises should I do?
• What kind of food to eat would help best?
• Is a growth from 75B to 80C in 7 months slow or quick?
• Any things I could do to appear more fem? I already wear high-waisted jeans, and I wear a bra. I prefer a generally 'neutral' ish fashion (neither very skirty nor motorjacketty), kinda tomboyish, though I'm fine with other options also.
• I take a more femme walk (the hrt unironically helps me with that) nowadays as well. Behaviour ideas, maybe?
• fill in whatever tips, i'm happy to answer questions!
