I find it hard to believe that it's the same guys being charged. Either they suck at laying low and keeping their hands off the cookie jar or they're just terrible when it comes to protecting themselves.
Some of them have a giant ego, like Revilla relying entirely on stardom -- and falsely equating attractiveness with high moral perch -- to increase their chances of getting out of jail (again).
