God, it makes me think of the times I've heard a boss say "I wish we had another you"

They can't distribute the proprietary bits in with the engine, so you have to work with the Godot team and a publisher which you probably would be doing anyway.

Do you have any further reading on this? I'd love to learn more about how we got here

I'm sure if this actually pushes through they'll change the terms for those clients just to keep them happy (and paying what they do pay, which likely dwarfs all the smaller players). And they sure as shit won't fight for the smaller creators when they get theirs.

If I could illegally download groceries I'd have more money for legally buying games and software. Alas, one is more important.

Shredding up my Reddit comments (editing them to say fuck spez, linking to Lemmy and Kbin, not deleting but I don't care if they do end up deleted) and I got this.

I also got several hilarious AutoMod replies from different protesting subs. r/ProgrammerHumor requires a code block with an import statement before every comment, and r/shitposting has completely banned the letter B.

I'm planning to set up a CCTV system to watch around a building. Anybody running Shinobi or something? And if so, what hardware are you using? I bought some cheapo v380s but the ones I got are honestly hot garbage.

I get what you're saying about taking a calculated risk - like going for a bungee jump or paragliding or bouldering. However, the more you read about this particular craft the more you realize how much they ignored highly standard safety procedures and design. So I feel like the people criticizing are less saying "why bungee jump when you could die" and more saying "why would you bungee jump without a cord and pay 250,000 dollars for the privilege."

Hey guys, I've set up an instance for myself and some friends on https://halubilo.social but whenever I tried to subscribe to a lemmy.ml or lemmy.world community I get this:

Target server https://lemmy.world/inbox rejected https://halubilo.social/activities/follow/200f3fb9-7d98-4172-badb-5ce38dc2de81, aborting
Target server https://lemmy.ml/inbox rejected https://halubilo.social/activities/follow/f3eb39bd-0b8d-4a92-b800-7968fa7e9af4

Is there some set up I'm missing out on on my end?
