I'm sure the Gestapo will take kindly to you pointing a cannon at them.

This won't block spray at all. Maybe, MAYBE it will hold off a canister, but you are better off kicking it instead.

Apparently it can work on clouds, temporarily. Which could be enough to make an escape. But yeah the picture is not real.
