We should really be both breaking up into regions/countries that make sense:

  • “Cascadia”: British Columbia, Oregon and Washing State
  • The Maritimes and New England
  • Quebec
  • The South

No. With the exception of Quebec there is no good legal way nor particularly good reason to split Canada up. We aint gonna weaken ourselves because of some regional 'vibes'. Provinces already tend to cooperate more within their region as it is.

You can do whatever you want down there but keep us out of it.

Oh, I agree.

A lot of things just make more sense north to south or regionally.

I’m Canadian BTW.

Why do Canadians have to change? We aren't the ones who suck.

CT resident here. I've seen trailer park boys. You're never going to convince me to join the maritimes. Get oat of my trailer.

I bet you make some pretty fucked scalloped potatoes, bud.

[–] MyMindIsLikeAnOcean@piefed.world 2 points 19 hours ago

Oot.

There’s no trailers in CT?

How about, NO!

Canada is Canada. We might be a bit different in the Maritime than in BC, but we are all fucking Canadian.

Fuck off with your break up Canada bullshit.
