When the fact that she is a Russian agent is common knowledge, you have to wonder what is so scary that it has to be locked up.
Who she compromised and their current positions in the administration.
Again, the actual president is obviously compromised. Does it get worse than that?
Since there are dozens of people including Vance, yes it is worse than just one person.
Possessing the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis and the knowledge of how to wield it?
It’s hard to think of anything that would matter to anyone who could do something about it at this point.
