As I said in another comment. The mother itself is easy to read (charges head to spit, charges butt to spawn, points hands to dive). But the flies change direction randomly every time they bounce. Even when they die they move randomly. You might think that they just bounce in the opposite direction, but they don't.
This fight has no business being harder than lugoli and trobbio. Definitely not for 220 stupid rosaries.
