Ive recently started eating a completely different breakfast than I used to like 2 weeks ago. I used to usually either have some leftovers (which are pretty nice overall, but don't really fit with routine,) or put cheese and some processed hams in a wrap and press it on a sandwich press (which is also nice overall, but is pretty unhealthy.

What I now eat is so much easier and healthier. I cut up and microwave a wrap so each piece is like a chip, then fill a container with hummus and top with some olive oil for taste, and then another container for a block of feta, which I dip them in and either break a bit off of the feta and place it on top, or just crumble most of the feta into the hummus.

It was a fairly drastic change, so my body had to get used to it, but honestly, I breathe easier, I am way less bloated, I fluctuate less when it comes to tiredness, and I calculated that it costs around a dollar (AUD) for each serving, so that’s actually awesome.
