Quaiitatively its not remotely close, the US actively occupies hundreds of countries through their +100 military bases worldwide and actively deploys troops and bombs worldwide and engages in a brutal economic dictatorship towards all their enemies, when has china done something remotely close as this? China only has 1 military base abroad in Djibouti.
