Why is there no mention of the mysterious 6th creature who is being held by the human in the article?

"All cats and the AI generated rabbit-dog hybrid cuddled up with mom after she has surgery"

My theory is that it’s a dog that’s always by her side, so it wasn’t as newsworthy as 5 cats who are usually off by themselves.
