Or billdawg can just spill it all on Twitter or Youtube and bypass the entire congressional sharade. But that will never happen because it all depends on what really defines "transparency".

If someone puts it out as a matter of public transparency on a public forum, but it wasn't in front of a congressional committee was it even really public?

This is a really good point, if he really cared about the files being revealed, he could just testify as much as he knows, which is probably a fuck load
