Work Reform

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

MODERATORS
If it passes, people who don't opt out will get terminated for "performance", and replaced with people who will take the lower wages. The "opportunity" will be played up by prospective employers, especially with the whole "no taxes on tips" nonsense.
Why stop at subminimum wage? They should give people the option to work for free as, what do you call that again? Oh yeah, slaves. Republicans like the idea of those, right?
No need to do that, they can alresdy put you in prisonon some bogus charge and make you do ~~free labour~~ ... ~~forced labour~~ ... slavery.
The datacenters won't build themselves you know. Those billionaires are too poor to pay labor, so in prison you go, and you better work hard or it's the can for you.
