Nuh uh. When the bike lane is unsafe, I'm taking the sidewalk. No sidewalk? Take the road, laws be damned.
Also, typically the laws support taking the lane based on your safety assessment.
Not sure if you're being sarcastic, but, as per my previous comment, I don't give a fuck about """the law""".
