I've been replaying Oblivion and planning to do a full achievement run of Skyrim, and it's reminding me of all the fun and well-written characters in this series. I'm curious to know what everyone's favourite character in Tamriel is, and why do you like them?

For me, I'd have to say Keshu the Black Fin from ESO – I find her story (both in-game and lorebook entries) so interesting, and when I interact with her she gives off classic "hero" vibes that I really enjoy, as it sometimes makes me feel like I'm not the biggest hero when I'm in her presence.

I always thought Caius Cosades in Morrowind is a wild character. He's your primary contact for a big portion of the main quest and has a high rank in the snobby Blades. Also, he's old, a drug addict and chills half-naked in his tiny house all day long.

He's probably the most real character I've seen in Morrowind, because at his core, I get it.
