Yeah I’m curious also—this seems plausible after the trump admin FDA rejected their recent flu shot application, which was fairly unprecedented I read.
There’s a creepy undercurrent here also which is like “America must have horribly expensive healthcare because without it there’s no financial basis to do vaccine development”
Just more contradictions that scream "nationalize the pharma industry"
